Refund policy
Please inspect your order when it's received and contact us immediately if the items are defective or damaged, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All sales are final as we don't offer returns. It's important to us and to our customers that any item you purchase was never in the possession, worn, or tried on by anyone else for hygienic reasons. Likewise, exchanges for different colors, designs, or sizes are not permitted under any circumstances.
Refunds are only permissible if you unfortunately encounter some sort of design or clothing flaw that was missed by our quality control efforts. If this occurs, please contact us via email: hello at fiamano dot com outlining the details of the issue including photos.
